Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MavenAI: Chart AI Trading (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Maven AI monitors cryptocurrency market data and provides:

  • Price and technical-indicator alerts based on conditions you define, including alerts created by describing them in plain language to the in-app assistant
  • AI-generated market analysis for individual coins, combining technical, derivatives, macro and news signals into a written summary
  • Market overviews, including top movers, a personal watchlist, and curated news with an AI-generated sentiment reading
  • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets

The App does not provide financial advice, execute trades, hold funds, or connect to your exchange accounts.

Not Financial Advice

Everything the App produces — including alerts, AI analyses, verdicts, confidence scores, sentiment readings and news summaries — is for informational purposes only and must not be construed as financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

AI-Generated Content

Analyses, summaries and sentiment readings in the App are generated automatically by large language models from third-party market data. They are produced without human review and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are not predictions, recommendations, or guarantees of any outcome, and you should not rely on them as the sole basis for a decision. AI features may be rate-limited, changed, or withdrawn.

Market Data

Prices, indicators, funding rates and news shown in the App come from third-party exchanges and data providers. We do not guarantee that this data is accurate, complete, or delivered without delay, and we are not responsible for errors originating from those sources. Widget data in particular is refreshed on a schedule set by your device's operating system and may be several minutes old.

Subscriptions

Maven AI Pro is available as a subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Where a free trial is offered, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Any reminder the App sends before a trial ends is a courtesy that depends on notification permissions and delivery; cancelling in time remains your responsibility
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings
  • Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. We may change prices for future billing periods; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App, or resell or redistribute its data or AI output as your own service
  • Share your account credentials with others

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Alerts may be delayed or missed due to network conditions, exchange outages, notification settings, or system maintenance. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from delayed or missed notifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maven Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
